Where did they come up with the name Oracle anyway?

Question:

What are my chances of getting into Oracle?

Not based on my writing skills because as far as I know, I don't have to write anything to get in (or maybe I will, but I don't know).
Ms. Harper is recommending me, Helen, and Dinah.
She said Ms. Neverdontwanttotypetherestbecausenotsureaboutspelling was looking for people because there aren't enough people in Oracle.
She also said that the teacher was looking for younger students because she wants staff for after when we graduate.
She also said the teacher wanted good writers so that's where I come in (SHE said, not me).
I don't know how many teachers are recommending students and what's happening with Oracle at all.

WHAT ARE MY CHANCES?

but I have no control over it. It sounds like she's looking for younger students and my teacher's just recommending me.
It's not like I have to write something for them.
Anyway, I suck at WRITING. I get good grades in English because I'm analytical.

I actually have TOO much self-confidence. So much that I have to humble myself so don't worry about that.
I mean, just considering the factors above, do you think I'll make it.
Does it sound like she's getting a lot of recommendations from other teachers or sophomores who want to join?

P.S. I'm thinking of joining JSA (?), but what day are the meetings.
Red Cross is ehh because I'm probably going to join Key Club and Interact too.
